Fred Loya provides the mobile alerts service for free; however, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Text messages will come from short code 35692 (FLOYA). The frequency of messages received will vary and is based on your account activity.

A: Fred Loya Insurance has a program that can automatically notify you via text messages on your mobile device. The notifications are specific to your policy. These are the types of text messages you may possibly receive:

·         5-day Payment Due Reminder: This text message is a reminder that your payment is due in 5 days.

·         Payment Failed Text Message: This text message informs you when your payment was unsuccessful. You will receive this message if Fred Loya is unable to successfully process your payment (i.e., credit/debit card payment is declined, bank check is rejected, etc.).

·         Cancellation Text Message: This text message informs you that your insurance bill is past due and your insurance policy is at risk of being cancelled.

·         Expiration Text Message: This text message informs you that your policy has expired.

·         Credit Card Expiration: This text message informs you that the credit/debit card we have on file for your account is nearing its expiration date. It serves as a reminder for you to provide us with your renewed credit/debit card information.

A: The number of messages will vary depending on your policy, your payment frequency and your bill-paying habits. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by sending STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to 35692.
